The early initial responders get ample press coverage and all sorts of help is sent, both in material and funds. Equipment For Recovery Teams (EFORRT) is a not for profit organization that provides tools and equipment to other non-profit organizations for the sole purpose of recovery work in disaster related areas. Its main purpose is to provide these assets to qualified relief agencies that have or furnish labor for recovery work.
